Baja Rent offers car, truck, SUV, van and pickup rental services in La Paz, Baja California Sur. Requests made through the website constitute a quote or availability request and do not represent a confirmed reservation until validated and confirmed by the company.

3. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle, the renter will generally be required to provide:

• Valid driver's license.
• Valid official identification.
• Meeting the minimum age required by the company.
• Deposit or guarantee (credit card or cash, per current policy).
• Verifiable contact information.

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are subject to availability. Baja Rent reserves the right to accept or reject any request. Cancellation, modification and refund conditions will be provided at the time the reservation is confirmed.

5. Rates, Deposits and Payments

Published rates are for informational purposes and may vary by season, availability, duration and vehicle type. The final price, deposits, insurance and additional charges will be confirmed before formalizing the rental agreement.

6. Use of the Vehicle

The renter agrees to:

• Use the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with the law.
• Not sublease or allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
• Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes, racing or unauthorized towing.
• Return the vehicle in the agreed condition, date, time and location.

7. Insurance and Liability

Insurance conditions, coverage, deductibles and renter responsibilities will be detailed in the rental agreement. The renter shall be responsible for damages, fines, violations or charges arising from the use of the vehicle during the rental period, as established in that agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, logos, images, design and the "Baja Rent Cars & Trucks" brand) is the property of the company or its owners and is protected by applicable laws. Reproduction in whole or in part without authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, nor for the accuracy of rates or availability displayed, which are subject to confirmation.

10. Privacy and Cookies

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by our Cookie Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of La Paz, Baja California Sur.
